Certificates Anywhere™
Certificates Anywhere™ is an easy to use software solution for issuing and managing Certificates of Insurance.
No installation is required.
The program can be used free for 30 days, without obligation. After the 30 day trial period you will be
given the option to continue to use the program. There is no need to provide credit card information during the 30 day trial
period. Certificates Anywhere is included in the pricing of Choices' online ACORD Forms. See "Pricing" page for details.
The first time you log in, you will be asked to fill in your insurance agency name and address. This information will
be used to auto-fill the producer section of all newly created Insurance Certificates. Enter this
information as you would like it to appear in the upper left corner of the form.
When you first view Certificates Anywhere, you will see a Contacts list with one sample contact called "Choices QuickForms."
You can enter your own insureds' names in this list. Click the "New Form" button to create your first form.
This program can be used to issue both Certificates and other ACORD Forms.

"Online ACORD Forms" link.
