How does it work?
Choices Real Time™ allows you to easily record and replay repetitive tasks, such as website logins and web page navigation. Once Choices Real Time™ is installed on your desktop, you simply go to the desired web site, click the "Record" button at the top of your screen, log in and navigate to the desired web page, then click the "Stop" button. A dialog box will appear asking you to name and save the recorded task. This action must only be recorded once; thereafter, you can click the "Play" button to select any previously recorded task. Repetitive steps are then automatically performed for you, including entry of login name and password, and web navigation steps within the web site.
It is not necessary for everyone within an insurance agency or company to record their own repetitive tasks. One person can do all of the recordings and then easily copy them to the computers of other people within an office. Recorded tasks can even be copied to and run from a USB drive.
Click on an insured's name or policy number
With Choices Real Time™ your can click on an insured's name or policy number to bring up their billing, claims, or
policy information on a company web page.
The name or policy number that you click can be located within any
agency management system, email application, or other Windows application. For example, if an insured sends you an email
with a question about their billing, you can click on their name within the email application to immediately bring up
their billing history.
Includes secure password management
Choices Real Time™ encrypts your passwords, providing added protection against identity theft and
malicious password cracking tools. Logins and passwords can be managed and protected under a single Master password.
Reduce E&O exposure by saving entire web page
Choices Real Time™ allows you to keep an electronic "paper trail" of what you have done. Many insurance companies have
stopped mailing paper copies of policies and endorsements to their agents, causing their agents to be concerned about
possible Errors and Omissions exposures resulting from this change.
Agents fear that they may no longer be able to access a complete record of all transactions. Choices Real Time™ has a
"Save as Image" feature that addresses this concern by allowing agents to save entire web pages to disk as jpg or bmp
images. The saved pages can also be easily emailed to an insured.
