Easy to use
Choices Real Time™ is very easy to use. There is no need to be a programmer or an advanced computer user.
It works like a VCR, by recording all your actions on web pages in three easy steps:
- Push the "Record" button.
- Navigate as usual to do your task. Choices Real Time™ records the web pages you go through, your keyboard strokes,
the actions you take on web pages, like filling forms, pushing buttons, checking boxes, writing within edit fields, etc.
- When you are done, push the "Stop Recording" button to save your recording as a task.
After the task is saved, you can replay the whole recorded sequence, by simply clicking a button.
Easy to customize
Choices Real Time™ integrates with Internet Explorer by adding its own toolbar. Shortcuts to saved recordings
(referred to as "tasks") can be added as toolbar buttons for one-click replay. The toolbar can be hidden or shown
at any time.
Respects your browsing habits
Recorded tasks can be replayed from various locations depending on your preferences. For example, as:
- Desktop shortcuts
- Quick Launch icons on the Taskbar at the bottom of the screen
- Icon in System Tray (blue "clock" icon at bottom right corner of screen)
- Internet Explorer options:
- Favorites
- Links
- Toolbar icons
- Task Explorer
The last item listed above is particularly convenient and powerful. The "Task Explorer" can be accessed by clicking
the "Choices Real Time" pulldown menu from the toolbar within Internet Explorer. It will appear on the left side of
the screen. All Choices Real Time categories (folders) will be listed along with their tasks. From this view it is
very easy to switch between multiple tasks.
